About us

ASA is a multidisciplinary consultancy providing design and construction engineering services for MEP Building Services, ELV and Security Systems.

We are headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai. Our India office is supporting to deliver engineering & design solutions. We have worked and successfully delivered number of projects for various high-profile clients.

Whilst we have delivered services primarily in the residential and hospitality sector, we have also delivered projects in commercial sectors and latterly in the zoological sector delivering a critical element of a major project.

Our focus is to provide sustainably driven engineering solutions, whether this is in an advisory/review capacity or in more traditional design and construction. The environmental impact of our work is at the core of what we do. Our professional ethic stands on a solid foundation of optimum energy efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Our energy analysis work with some of the largest hotel operators has resulted in huge savings to buildings’ energy use, plant maintenance costs whilst delivering greater comfort and functionality. Relatively low input costs and changes to systems operations can often result in energy savings in the order of 15% giving extremely short payback period.

Our locally based engineers have worked for some of the largest consulting engineering firms in the world with extensive expertise across a variety of industry sectors and are supported by a high quality, strong delivery team based in India utilising the latest BIM design delivery software.

Every engineer has been through a rigorous selection process to ensure high quality integrated and coordinated systems designs utilising REVIT as our primary delivery medium. The team is also supported in terms of professional training to maintain delivery standards and personal development and mental well-being.

We specialise in delivering small to medium sized projects where our expertise and cost profile can provide a significant advantage to our clients whilst delivering technically strong solutions in line with the clients delivery expectations.
